Our prices include accommodation, three meals a day, all transport costs (except flights), airport transfer, five days of painting tuition, local assistance. We supply you with paper, boards and chairs but unfortunately painting materials are not included in the price.
Partners and friends who don’t want to take part in the painting sessions receive a discount. They will be charged €100 less than the price of their partner’s holiday.
Booking

After we have confirmed your booking, send your non-refundable deposit to us. We only accept direct bank transfer and we will send you the banking details. Your non-refundable deposit is €200 per person.
We confirm in writing your reservation, receipt of you deposit and send full invoice details for your holiday which will confirm the outstanding balance and payment due date. In addition we enclose a suggested equipment list.
If for any reason you cancel your holiday after we have issued the holiday receipt, you must notify us in writing. The cancellation of your holiday comes into effect upon receipt of the written notification from you and the following cancellation charges will be due:

Up to 8 weeks before start date - Deposit only
56 – 28 days before start date - 50%
27 – 14 days before start date - 80%
Less than 14 days before start date - 100%

Balance of payment must reach us eight weeks (56 days) before departure. We confirm receipt of your final balance and send you full details of the hotel where you will be staying. Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. Book your own flight after we have confirmed your provisional booking. It is important for both of us that you inform us of your flight details.
We strongly recommend you to arrange travel and health insurance. We suggest you to pick up a European Health Insurance Card which entitles you to emergency medical treatment in Hungary free of charge.
